A combination of discussions, lectures, tastings and trips – all with the expert guidance of
Academie Director Sue Sturman and British cheesemaker, chef and affineur Rosie Teare,
provide students with insights on how the art of Cheesemongering is practiced in London.
This program will involve a great deal of walking. Professionals only.
