Première Classe offers cheese-related tours and custom-designed private courses for English speaking cheese professionals.

Drawing on the in-house experience of the Mons and Academie Opus Caseus teams, and upon our vast network of colleagues and contacts in both Europe and the United States, we will be developing scheduled programs around specific events such as the Salon du Fromage in Paris.

We can also work directly with clients to create custom-designed courses at the Academie Opus Caseus, or at the clients' chosen destination.

All programs will be coordinated by Sue Sturman, Première Class's founder, and Director of Anglophone programs at the Academie Opus Caseus. An American active for many years in the US cheese community, she has lived for years in France and is both bilingual and well acquainted with the French cheese world. English is the principal language of all Première Classe programs.

Our programs are intended specifically for the community of cheese professionals, and as such all cultural, gastronomic, and educational programs will be based on the professional development interests of those working in the field.

Première Classe programs will generally be offered in conjunction with the Academie's scheduled courses, and will be open as optional add-ons to course participants as well as to cheese professionals who choose to join as a stand-alone program.
