Drawing on the in-house experience of the MonS and Academie MonS teams, and upon our vast network of colleagues and contacts in both Europe and the United States, we can develop scheduled programs around specific events such as the Salon du Fromage in Paris.

We can also work directly with clients to create custom-designed courses at the Academie MonS, or at the clients' chosen destination.

All programs will be coordinated by Sue Sturman, Director of Anglophone programs at the Academie MonS. An American active for many years in the US cheese community, she has lived for years in France and is both bilingual and well acquainted with the French cheese world. English is the principal language of all Première Classe programs.

Our programs are intended specifically for the community of cheese professionals, and as such all cultural, gastronomic, and educational programs will be based on the professional development interests of those working in the field.
